Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how service cancellations are handled for projects with Yughma Technologies.

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing from an authorized representative.
  • Charges apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel engagements for non-payment, abusive conduct, or material contract breach, subject to contractual notice terms.

Effect of Cancellation

  • Pending deliverables may be paused immediately.
  • Outstanding invoices remain payable per agreement.

Transition Support

Where contractually agreed, we can provide paid transition support to hand over project assets.
